Our website and app never process any payments and do not store any data, such as credit card numbers, on our server. Payments are processed by our external payment provider, “Stripe.” Stripe will only share the payment status, payment method, name, and email of the transaction for a requested service with us. Our server stores an error log and access log for a maximum of 72 hours. These logs store the IP address and the page visited by any user accessing the website and app. The error log and access log are only used to troubleshoot technical errors that may occur on our website and app.
