Customer Policy – Fixed-Route Shared Taxi Service
Operating Routes (Bidirectional)
- Departure: Charleroi Airport
- Destination: Radisson Hotel Brussels, Rue d’Idalie 35, 100 meters from the European Parliament
- Return: Radisson Hotel Brussels → Charleroi Airport
1. Service Description
- The shared taxi service operates exclusively between the two specified addresses in both directions.
- Multiple passengers can share the same vehicle, optimizing costs and reducing environmental impact.
2. Service Features
- Pickup and drop-off addresses cannot be changed
- The service is shared and may include multiple passengers
- The route is fixed and does not allow for personal deviations
- Routes are unique and the price does not change, regardless of direction
- The service is not equivalent to a private taxi
3. Reservations
- Clients must provide:
- Number of passengers
- Date and time slot
- Trip direction (Airport → Hotel or Hotel → Airport)
- Reservations are valid only after confirmation
4. Schedule
- Times are strict and no tolerance is allowed
- Clients must arrive exactly at the scheduled time and pickup point
5. Fares and Payments
- Fares are fixed for each route
- Any extra charges (extra luggage, night hours) will be communicated in advance
6. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before departure
- Late cancellations or no-shows result in full charge of the service
7. No-Show and Next Shuttle Option
If a client fails to arrive at the scheduled time and pickup point:
- The reservation will not be refunded
- The client may take the next shuttle, if seats are available
- Availability on the next shuttle is not guaranteed
- We will do our best to accommodate all clients arriving on time
8. Customer Conduct
- Maintain respectful behavior towards the driver and other passengers
- Follow all safety rules
The company reserves the right to terminate the service without refund in case of inappropriate behavior.
9. Luggage
- Transport of luggage is allowed within the limits stated at booking
- Oversized or special luggage must be declared in advance
10. Liability
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure
- Shared service may take longer than a private taxi
